Download DFISETUP.EXE for (approximately 1MB)

1) DFISETUP.EXE installs a set of 3 Microsoft Excel 2003 workbooks as well as a set of 7 Microsoft Word documents for printing the actual paper report. (Each Word document prints only one page of the Annual Report; the documents are named ARPage1, ARPage2, ?, ARPage7.)

2) Download DFISETUP.EXE to a directory on your Win 2000 or XP that has at least 5MB of available disk space (e.g., C:\Windows\Temp)

3) To install, follow the Installation Instructions listed below.

4) When filing electronically you will also need to sign, and have notarized the statement which can be printed by clicking here.(available in MS Word or PDF format)

Installation Instructions

1)     From My Computer, locate where you downloaded DFISETUP.EXE (e.g., C:\Windows\Temp), and start it by clicking on it (you may need to double-click).

2)     A series of dialog boxes will appear. Click Next on each one to accept the defaults, and the software will be installed to C:\IDFPR\DFI\CEAR2006

Basic System Requirements

You must have the following items to be able to use this software:

1)     An IBM compatible computer with a 3.5? high density diskette drive and a hard disk with at least 5MB of available disk space.

2)     Microsoft Excel 2003 and Microsoft Word 2003 (or a later version) or (if using the non-printing form of the workbook) an Excel 2003 compatible spreadsheet program, such as Lotus 1-2-3 or Quattro Pro.

3)     At least:  32MB of RAM
